It's super easy to join our Displate Club! Just follow the steps below:

1. Visit Displate Club Page.

2. Create a Displate Account if you don’t already have one.

3. Log in and add your favorite Displates to your cart.

4. When you're ready to checkout, tick the box 'Join Displate Club for free shipping on your next orders & additional benefits' box.

3. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

From now on you'll be all set as a Displate Club member and Displate collector.

Alternatively, you can join the Displate Club within 200 days after your last order was shipped, based on your previous purchase. In this case, you don’t need to buy new Displates. If you already have an account, you’ll find this option in your account settings. If not, please create an account first to view the option to join. 

As a Displate Club member and collector, you'll pay a flat monthly fee. In the 12th month, you'll receive a voucher in your account, equal to the price of the Displate(s) from your initial order, excluding shipping. This voucher will remain valid for 90 days from its issue date, so be sure to use it before it expires. To redeem the voucher, simply log in to your account and apply it at checkout under the 'I have a discount code' section.

Also, if you joined the Displate Club as a guest, an email will be sent with a link to complete your account registration, allowing you access to all membership benefits.

The cost of joining Displate Club varies depending on the size, type, and quantity of Displates in your initial order. To view the price, simply add your favorite artwork to the cart, and the monthly fee will be displayed above the checkout button.

If the subscription price increases, existing members will not see a price change during their current billing period, which lasts 12 months. However, the price will increase after the billing period ends. Members will be notified of any price changes via email.

After placing an initial order and signing up for Displate Club, the exclusive discount and free shipping will be automatically applied to your subsequent orders while you remain in Displate Club. Just please note that Limited Edition Displates, Lumino, and Textra are excluded from the promotion.

Custom Displates are available only for Displate Club Members.  You can find more information about our Club and how to join here. Once you join Displate Club, please go to 'My profile' in the top right corner of the page and then go to the section 'My overview' where you may create your own Displate.

You can cancel your Displate Club at any time. Just please go to your account and in the section 'Account Settings' click 'Cancel Membership'.

As per our policy we may refund only subscription fee paid with an inital order as soon as it is requested no longer than 14 days of placing an inital order. If you wish to get a refund of your subscription fee from your initial order, please contact us here from the e-mail address used to place it so that we will help. Also, please make sure that you cancel your Displate Club in the section 'Account Settings' by clicking the button 'Cancel Membership', otherwise you will be charged again.

Every 12 months, you'll receive a voucher for free Displate(s) matching the value of your initial order. For Limited or Ultra Limited Edition purchases, the voucher will correspond to an M-size or L-size matte Displate, respectively.
